New Paper in Nature Scientific Reports
A new paper from the NSN Lab has been published in Nature Scientific Reports. This study examines the neural processes involved in economic anxiety. We found that anxiety-specific activation of the vmPFC and right anterior insula predicted risk-taking and risk-averse behaviour, respectively. Additionally, anxiety-specific activation in the dmPFC/ACC and the anterior insula were associated with disrupted learning across the risk-taking task.
